Mason Rutledge is a dedicated leader, community advocate, and seasoned consultant with a strong record of empowering people, businesses, and neighborhoods to thrive. As Principal Consultant of Grand Avenue Consulting, based right here in Everett, Mason works side by side with local leaders to solve problems, strengthen organizations, and build a brighter future for our community.

Mason’s leadership experience runs deep. He previously served as President and CEO of the New Canaan Society, a national nonprofit supporting thousands of professionals across more than 50 cities, and as President of C3 Leaders, helping Puget Sound business owners and CEOs lead lives that are healthy, integrated, and community-focused.

Before devoting his career to nonprofit and civic leadership, Mason built his professional expertise in the private sector, working with the world’s largest software reseller. He brings both business acumen and a deep commitment to service—qualities that have guided his work on the Everett Public Schools Equity and Inclusion Task Force and the Snohomish County Public Facility District for Arts and Entertainment. He currently serves on the board of KIROS, a regional work-faith movement, and formerly contributed to the Economic Advisory Task Force for Everett Public Schools.

Mason is a proud graduate of Washington State University and holds a master’s degree from Fuller Seminary. He and his wife, Brenda, have called Everett home for over two decades. They’re the proud parents of three married Everett High grads and grandparents to four young grandchildren. Outside of work, Mason enjoys cooking, writing, skiing, and running through the streets of North Everett.

What is an IMPACT Men's Breakfast Like? Every IMPACT Men's Breakfast includes a great group of men getting to know each other and encourage one another. We always have a delicious meal, funny (mostly) Dad Jokes, an inspiring talk, and a meaningful moment of sharing from one of the guys. We want each man to leave feeling encouraged, inspired, and a part of a community of men who are pursuing growth as men! 

Every month, IMPACT Players provides a world class breakfast paired with top level speakers and guests in a friendly environment where men can grow and connect with other men.
